Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, Baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19
Baptism for infants/children under 7 years of age
Baptism is one of the seven sacraments of the Catholic Church and the first step towards securing an everlasting life with our Heavenly Father. While Baptism at any age is a welcome choice, Infant Baptism purifies the child’s soul by wiping away the blight of original sin. It is also a wonderful way to welcome the newly born into the Parish Community and rejoice at his or her initiation into an extended family.
- Provide copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
- Registration Fee – $50 (covers class, materials and Sacrament of Baptism)
- Godparents: 16 years of Age or Older, Received Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. Practicing Catholic, if married – must be married in the Catholic Church.
